Retail price $15.00 Solstice Sauvignon Blanc This wine has really turned some heads. With a huge Citrus And Grapefruit expression it is very crisp and fruity. Serve it cold and enjoy this wonderful wine. The grapes come from out home vineyard located just 2 miles from downtown Grass Valley from vines that were planted in 1980. This wine is proving to be so popular that we are currently in the process of expanding our production of these grapes. Retail price $17.00. Celestial Chardonnay Our current Chardonnay release is 2006. This wine was fermented in 100% new oak. Our Chardonnay is put through 100% malolactic fermentation which creates its buttery character. This wine also undergoes what is called sur lee aging with stirring. This process creates a creamy mouth feel. This is a very popular wine and is sure to sell out before the next release is ready. Retail price $16.50 Cosmic Reserve Chardonnay $22.00 Our Zinfandels are a must try. Our home vineyard produces truly fine food Zinfandels of extraordinary balance without going over the top stylistically. We barrel aged our Zinfandels for up to 22 months in American and French oak cooperage. You will taste "dark fruit jam" characteristics in these wonderfully fruity Zins with that must have peppery finish which has made the Sierra Foothills Zinfandel's famous. We bottle our Zinfandels at an age when they are ready to drink and are released no sooner than 6 months after bottling to ensure maximum enjoyment. Serve these wines with hearty Italian pastas or try it with your favorite grilled meats. We happen to think it goes great with pizza! While you can cellar these Zinfandels, they are certainly wines that can be enjoyed right away. Old Clone Zinfandel Historically our flag ship Zin. Very Fruity and smooth. Medium bodied, a very good food wine. Our area (climate, elevation, soil) creates a well balanced, food friendly Zin, fairly age worthy. Retail price $18.00

Cabernet Sauvignon
Milky Way Merlot The current release is the 2003 Merlot and is made in a style
that Cabernet drinkers will appreciate. Our small home Merlot
vineyard produces grapes that make a wine that is very structured,
fruity and firm. This is not a flabby Merlot that disappears in
the presence of food. A Very small production item varying from 40-60
cases. Rising Star Cabernet Franc Come see why Cabernet Franc is becoming a STARR in Nevada County. The home Cabernet Franc vineyard, (planted in 1998) is beginning to produce some really wonderful Cabernet Franc. This 2003 Cab Franc is rich, dark and fruity with a wonderful aroma and a nice long finish. Extreamly limited production in 2003 with about 40 cases. Only available at the Tasting Room. Touriga
(nacional), Tinta Cao, Tinta Roriz (tempranillo) from
Amador County, plus
estate Zinfandel and Cabernet from our home vineyard make up this non vintage
port. The blend contains approximately 80% of a 1999 Portuguese
blend to which we add some of our Estate Zinfandel and Cabernet
Port's. This blend is aged in a 338 gallon German made oak oval.
We bottle the port on an as needed basis and as we use wine from the
oak oval it is replenished with varital ports that we keep in
small oak cooperages. This method ensures that this wine will change
slowly over time, rather than abruptly from vintage to vintage.
